Veerle is impassioned, no
doubt about it. She knows her trade, and carefully prepares all
the meals. She is inspired mainly by the Franco-Belgian traditional kitchen.
Secrecies of its kitchen? Simplicity, quality and respect for the
ingredients. For this reason she also chooses carefully her suppliers:
always with the greatest care and the greatest rigour. Having lunch here, it is like eating at your grandmother's, do
not hesitate to handle the spoon in the dish of rice or french fries,
it remains within your range on the table. We have also surprised her after the meal by cleaning our plate
